Wow that's a really weird situation. Of course watching this I was against the cop, and how he shouldn't have acted like that, but after 20 year everyone has an off day. Just hope her dad's okay.

@MMSfaith – I do agree that everyone has a day off but I don't think for someone to have such a responsible job it is ever appropriate to hang up or argue when people call in for emergency assistance
