So I decided to experiment with my new Konad kit.
Not bad for a first try right? Used Tracy Reese and LA Girl polishes as base and the Konad white and black special polish for designs.
The only thing that I dislike about this for now is having to clean the plate after each use, and not being able to stamp the plate more than once at a time. Having to clean it also practically guarantees you ruin your polish on one hand.

None of these had the name stickers, so use your imagination with the names!
This color goes on not so great on the first coat and wows by coat 3. I couldn’t capture the shimmer so well on camera, but it’s definitely there.
This one was so thick, it only needed one coat (but I did 3 anyway)
This pink and pastel orange ones were my faves as well but they were really light and were the only ones that needed about 4 1/2 coats.
These two metallic colors went on great.
This one was absolutely my MOST favorite!! The color is so bright and goes on not streaky at all and it’s just super special. I decided to use the confetti Wet N’ Wild polish on top of it to make it look even more fun:
I’m also still getting the hang of posing with the polish (lol) so be patient!

So RiRi borrowed jewelry, then things happened. The LAPD is holding on to the jewels but the jewelers want it back, and quick or else you pay now! (Anyone else know what I’m referring to with that? Pearl the landlord? The FunnyorDie video?!? Scroll down!!)
I think it’s a funny situation though, beyond of what really happened – to tell the jewelers you borrowed from “the LAPD is holding it as evidence, can you give me a raincheck?”

Granted, this is probably off of what goes recorded, so numerous unreported crimes, or events that go uncategorized as crimes obviously fly under the radar. Regardless, miss yaya aqui was muy happy that New York didn’t get blasted for a dose of internet infamy.

I was a little surprised that LC pulled in so many readers and that Carrie didn’t – but we would also need to consider what month it is and if it is one of the special issues (i.e. Spring Fashion, etc.)
Thankfully – no one has thiefed my lunch here at my day job. But at my other (evening job) the communal fridge has served as a common ground for kidnappings and theft.
I first heard of this today (though it’s been around a year I believe?) from the Stylehive blog and it is sold at Think of The.
The O Hell Naw Blog posted this pic today and as you can see by the direct link – the concensus wasn’t a positive opinion. However I just had to share it with y’all and I had to say that from a silly and a makeup perspective I def have to show some respect to this girl. Am I the only one amused? The eyes closed/eye open makeup? Come on! 🙂
